When they left service, they found a delivery industry running on optimism. So they built the alternative: a delivery operation with a proper briefing culture, clear chains of responsibility and standards that hold on the worst day of the year, not just the easiest.
Today RISKS Group runs daily delivery routes as an Amazon delivery partner, with a growing fleet and a training pipeline that takes new drivers — including service leavers — from induction to independent route in weeks.
